stats.core1398.csv: I had started measuring genetic diversity vs HVD distance (horizontal/vertical/diagonal). The graph below is a plot of this (vertical = genetic diversity, horizontal = HVD distance), which shows pretty clearly that genetic diversity is smaller at very short distances.
